Powder Coated Aluminum

The frame on the Prism Collection shown is made out of Powder Coated Aluminum, a baked-on application to further enhance the durability and strength for outdoor use in the elements. Aluminum can be placed outside 365 days a year in direct weather, it requires very little maintenance and is rust free.

HDPE Resin Wicker

Our all-weather wicker furnishings are crafted from premium quality HDPE (high-density polyethylene) resin, which is handwoven over reinforced rustproof aluminum frames. Lab tested for fade, sag and mildew resistance, our all- weather wicker is virtually maintenance free. HDPE resin wicker’s color also does not flake or peel off because the color is created by mixing dye straight into the resin. It’s highly water-resistant and can withstand damp climates and rainy weather. Marine Grade Polymer (MGP) collections are made of High Density Polyethylene, a durable material that will not swell, rot, splinter, warp, fade, or chemically break down when exposed to humidity, water or sunlight.  The material is 100% recyclable as well as environmentally friendly.  Originally created for boat hulls, MGP is the perfect material for outdoor furniture in any climate. All marine grade polymer materials are made entirely in the USA.
